The artwork is impeccable, and the mug I received is perfect. However, the “custom store” is broken. I understand that the image for the mug is wide making it wrap all the way around so that the Crown & Paw logo shows on the back. However, the “custom store” uses that mug-specific image for all items, which do not have the same aspect ratio, so pretty much every item that isn’t a mug has a terribly squished or stretched version. The family that received this gift LOVED the portrait of their pup, who had very recently passed. It causes lots of laughter and a few happy tears, but they were overwhelmed with gratitude.
