We ship worldwide with full tracking and careful packaging. Your portrait is printed only after you approve the preview, so you are always in control.

How it works

1. Preview in 8 hours: Our artists hand-draw your portrait and send a digital proof within 8 hours.

2. Approve and revise: Ask for free tweaks until you love it. We do not auto approve.

3. Print and ship: After approval, production takes 1 to 3 business days, then we ship with tracking.

Estimated delivery times

These time frames start after your approval and production.

• USA: 2 to 5 business days

• UK and Europe: 5 to 9 business days

• Canada and Australia: 7 to 11 business days

• Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times can vary by location and carrier, especially during peak holiday periods.

Shipping rates

Rates are in USD and apply per order. The rate is based on the largest physical item in your cart. Free shipping on orders over 100 USD after discounts, before taxes.

United States

• Digital file: no shipping fee

• Poster only and framed prints under 12×16 in: 7 USD

• Framed prints 12×16 in and larger: 15 USD

International

• Digital file: no shipping fee

• Poster only and framed prints under 12×16 in: 15 USD

• Framed prints 12×16 in and larger: 30 USD

Digital files

If you select the digital file option on the product page, your high resolution artwork is delivered by email. No physical shipment and no shipping charge.

Tracking and notifications

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Packaging and gifts

Prints and frames are securely packed. We can ship directly to a gift recipient. Prices are not included inside the package. You can add a gift note at checkout.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us before your order ships if you need to make a change. Once a parcel is in transit, changes are not always possible.

International shipping, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add time to delivery.

Holiday shipping

Carriers get very busy in November and December. For the best chance of on time delivery, order early. We will post seasonal cut off dates on our site and can advise the best option for your location.

Lost or damaged deliveries

Your order is protected. If an item arrives damaged or is misprinted, email us with photos within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no charge. If tracking shows a shipment as lost, contact us and we will assist right away.
