Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your portrait. Every piece is hand drawn from your photos and printed only after you approve the preview. The guidelines below explain when refunds and replacements apply.

Our guarantee before printing

You receive a digital preview within 8 hours and can request unlimited revisions.

If you prefer not to proceed after preview and revisions, you can request a full refund before printing.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 4 hours of placing your order. We begin the custom drawing about 1 hour after purchase.

After 4 hours, the work is in progress and the order cannot be cancelled, but you still control printing. If you decide not to approve the preview, we will provide a full refund before printing.

After approval or printing

Once you approve your artwork, we start production. Because each piece is custom made, returns and refunds are not accepted after approval or printing.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as approved, we will replace it free of charge.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number and email used at checkout

• Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item

We will prioritize a replacement and keep you updated.

Lost shipments and tracking issues

If tracking shows no movement or the parcel is marked lost, contact us and we will help right away.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, reshipment costs may apply.

Digital files

If you select the digital file option on the product page, your artwork is delivered by email after approval.

You can still request revisions at preview. If you choose not to proceed before we deliver the digital file, you can request a full refund.

Digital files are non-refundable once delivered.

What is not considered a defect

Minor color differences between your screen and the final print due to display calibration.

Low-quality source photos limiting achievable detail. We will advise if a different photo would yield better results.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description.

Attach photos if your item was damaged or misprinted.

We will confirm next steps by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
